• as a senior designer with experience you like to take responsibility?
• recognizes and develops potential in close exchange with colleagues and customers?

• manages creative processes in a clearly structured way and provides employees with optimal support and encourages their development?

Your role with us:

• You develop concepts and strategies for brand appearances, campaigns and digital platforms.
• You deliver high-quality and well thought-out designs with stringent derivation.
• You think beyond briefings, discover potential and contribute your own ideas.
• You present concepts - both internally and externally - and conduct confident customer meetings.
• You manage projects and employees independently and are able to prioritize.

What you bring with you:

• Top knowledge of all common applications (Figma, Adobe CC & Co.)
• Several years of experience in design, ideally on the agency or client side
• Proven experience in conception and brand development
• Strong communication skills, advisory skills and empathy
• Enjoying responsibility - and growing together with us
